• You are a trained Nursing Assistant
• You master Swedish in speech and writing
• You are used to taking responsibility
• You are accustomed to working independently

About you:

• You are flexible, meticulous, independent, and responsible.
• You are accustomed to working with mobile and digital platforms.
• You are social, outgoing, attentive, and have a positive attitude.
• You find it easy to collaborate and thrive in a flexible environment.
• You have a professional approach in your communications.
• You master Swedish in speech and writing and can document in social journals.

You have a genuine interest in helping people in need of support in their daily lives. One of your strengths is the ability to see their individual needs. You are capable of handling even more pressured situations.

It is an advantage if you have a B driver's license.

Your tasks:

In home care, you work in our clients' own homes providing the care and support they are entitled to, according to the assistance decision and the individual implementation plan.

Daytime tasks may involve assistance with:

• Meals
• Social support
• Supervision
• Care and personal hygiene
• Support with dressing and undressing
• Shopping
• And much more

Work period and hours:

We offer a daytime schedule with work Monday to Friday and every other weekend.

Daytime schedule: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM. There are variations of fixed schedules with different working degrees.

You will start from our office in central Täby. We believe you live nearby so that travel to and from work is not burdensome.
