The company is expanding and we are now looking for a:

Traveling Service Technician We are looking for someone with a technical education, such as in electronics, mechatronics, automation, or equivalent work experience. You have a good understanding and experience in service and troubleshooting of technical equipment. Are you an active and social personality who is good at solving technical problems? About the position: In this role, you will be responsible for installation, service, troubleshooting, and support of advanced measuring instruments at our customers in research and industry. The job involves approximately 50-60 hotel nights per year and travel primarily within the Nordic region, but some travel outside the region for training with our suppliers may occur. The role requires independence, technical understanding, and a strong service mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of laboratory instruments at customer sites.
• Maintenance, service, and repair of existing systems.
• Technical support and troubleshooting, both on-site and remotely.
• Customer training in the use and maintenance of the instruments.
• Documentation of completed work and reporting to both customers and internal systems.
• Collaboration with our suppliers for technical support and updates.

Qualifications and experience:

• Technical education, such as in electronics, mechatronics, automation, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with laboratory instruments, analytical equipment, or precision measurement is an advantage.
• Good understanding of mechanics, electronics, and software.
• Interest in chemistry and physics is an advantage.
• Experience in troubleshooting and servicing technical equipment.
• Valid driver's license (B).

Personal qualities:

• Problem-solving oriented and meticulous.
• Independent and proactive.
• Good communication skills and customer focus.
• Flexible and experienced in traveling.

Language requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
