The Swedish Forest Agency's communication unit needs reinforcement with a communicator.

As a communicator at the Swedish Forest Agency, you will work on issues that are important for the environment, economy, and well-being throughout the country. You will do this together with highly competent and friendly colleagues.

Your new workplace

The communication unit has overall responsibility for the Swedish Forest Agency's communication. We work strategically and operationally, both internally and externally. We drive and develop the agency's channels – external website, intranet, social media, the magazine Skogseko, and media work – and are responsible for the graphic profile. We collaborate with management and operations on all matters related to communication.

Your tasks

Participate in the agency's press work and press service. Advertising and posts on social media. News and information on the intranet and external website. Operational and strategic communication support to various operations within the agency. Planning, implementation, and follow-up of internal and external communication efforts.

Your qualifications

You master a broad field within communication and can work both strategically and operationally. You have experience and good knowledge of working with digital channels. You are a good writer in Swedish, both in speech and writing. You have a university degree in communication or another education that we assess as equivalent. As a person, you are driven, initiative-taking, and communicative. You thrive and can work in a structured manner even when a lot is happening at the same time. You can find solutions both individually and together with others, and you are skilled at understanding and translating the organization's needs into effective communication. Knowledge and experience in press work and advertising on social media are meritorious. Experience as a communicator in the public sector is also meritorious.

Conditions

The position is a fixed-term employment until January 31, 2026, with immediate start.
