We are now looking for a summer substitute for the Resource Pool Booking Unit! Do you have an ongoing or completed high school education with an economic/HR/administrative focus and experience in administrative work? Then this might be the summer job for you.

Your New Job

As a unit administrator and booker, you will primarily work with staffing substitutes during unplanned absences that occur in various operations within support functions.

It may be relevant to assist with regular personnel administration to some extent, but these tasks will largely be handled by regular employees on duty. We primarily work in the Time Care Pool and Time Care Multi Access systems.

The job involves contact with many different people in various positions. You will staff the Resource Pool's switchboard, which operations turn to for assistance with filling vacancies. The switchboard is open weekdays from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM and weekends from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Otherwise, a large portion of communication occurs via email and Teams.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Ongoing or completed high school education with an economic/HR/administrative focus
• Experience and knowledge of Time Care Pool and Multi Access
• Experience in administrative tasks
• Experience working within support functions
• Experience in service and customer relations
• Good computer skills and the ability to express oneself well in spoken and written Swedish

Welcome to Us

Support functions are part of the social services in the municipality of Jönköping, and we work with support for people of all ages and life situations who have various types of functional variations. We are organized into seven areas: Authority, Social Psychiatry and Housing Support, Personal Assistance, Daily Activities, Housing LSS 1 and 2, and Resource. The Resource Pool is part of the Resource area and is the internal staffing unit for support functions. We are a service unit tasked with staffing substitutes in regular operations during unplanned absences from day 1 to 14. We serve all areas within the execution of support functions, which means about 200 different workplaces. Our organization consists of about 25 staffing personnel (support assistants), a booking unit with 2 unit administrators/bookers, a coordinator, and a unit manager. Our motto is, “We work based on the citizen's needs for the day.”

Good to Know

The recruitment concerns a summer substitute position with working hours primarily during weekdays, Monday to Friday. Working hours are scheduled during the day on weekdays and weekends. The employment rate is 80-100%. Weekend work is included, usually during the day and approximately every fourth weekend. Somewhat more frequent weekend work may occur during the summer. Solo work is common, especially on weekends. We prioritize applicants who can work continuously during the total needs of the operations over the summer period.
