Summer Temporary Position as Payroll Administrator

Do you want to gain valuable experience in payroll administration while working in a stimulating and developing environment? We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented payroll administrator for a summer temporary position with one of our clients!

ABOUT THE POSITION

Academic Work is seeking three service-oriented payroll administrators on behalf of our client for a summer temporary position. As a payroll administrator, you will handle payroll for our client's employees. You will be part of a team where you receive support from experienced colleagues while contributing your accuracy and analytical skills. Your tasks will include registering and checking payroll data, managing discrepancies such as sick leave and vacation, administering employee information in the payroll system, communicating with employees and managers regarding salaries and benefits, and reporting to authorities and other stakeholders.

This is an educational and developing summer job in a dynamic work environment with supportive colleagues and the opportunity to gain experience in payroll processes in a professional context.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Is currently pursuing post-secondary studies in payroll or HR/economics or is a graduated payroll administrator/payroll specialist
  • Has good knowledge of Excel
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish, as it is required in daily work with colleagues

Other:

  • Start immediately, with training on full or part-time depending on your schedule
  • Full-time job during the summer, weeks 25-32
