We are looking for

We are looking for communicative summer substitutes for the Contact Center in Nässjö. The position is a fixed-term monthly employment, weeks 25-32, with varying working hours between 70-90%. We wish for a start in April/May to begin the introduction, and the substitute position extends until August 10.

The work is conducted on weekdays as well as holidays, during the day and in the evening. You who apply should have a high school education and good computer skills. If you have experience as a telephone operator or in similar professions, we consider it an advantage. Communication is an important part of the job, and we therefore want you to possess good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

This is what you will work with

Your tasks will include answering the phone and directing the caller to the right person or unit, supporting the use of e-services, answering direct questions from the public regarding the Region's operations via phone or through our functional mailbox, searching for various on-call services, etc. As a telephone operator, you are an important link in the communication between and to the county's various hospitals and operations.
