The Total Defence's Ammunition and Mine Clearance Centre (Swedec) is part of the Swedish Armed Forces and is a national competence center for ammunition and mine clearance operations on land as well as military search services. Our operations are central to Sweden's defense, and we strive to meet every threat and overcome every challenge. Main Responsibilities

As an HR Administrator at Swedec, you will be placed in the HR department at the staff unit. The workgroup currently consists of an HR manager and two HR generalists.

The role of HR Administrator involves working broadly with personnel administrative matters, primarily at the operational level. You will function as an administrative support to the HR manager and assist managers in personnel-related matters. A main part of your tasks will involve relieving and facilitating the processing within the HR area.

As the HR Administrator, you are responsible for:

  • following up on personnel administration regarding soldiers
  • administering personnel files
  • administering personnel lists from our HR system

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good ability to express oneself in speech and writing in Swedish
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel

Personal Attributes

To thrive in the role of HR Administrator, you should have good organizational skills, be self-driven, and enjoy administrative tasks. You should also be attentive and have a humble approach.

DESIRABLE

  • Experience in operational personnel work
  • Familiarity with various HR systems
  • Post-secondary education with a focus on HR/personnel administration
  • Experience in taking meeting minutes
  • Experience from the Armed Forces' administrative systems such as PRIO and Vidar.

Employment type: Permanent, starting with a 6-month probationary period

Work location: Eksjö

The position is a civilian position.

Start date according to agreement.

Interviews will be conducted during week 17.
