We are now looking for a Master Data Lead Architect to join our team in Jönköping – a key role to drive and develop ITAB's global master data management.

About the role

As the Master Data Lead Architect, you will have overall responsibility for designing, implementing, and optimizing ITAB's master data management. You will ensure that our Master Data Management platform is well integrated with other business systems and that our data flows are efficient, reliable, and scalable.

In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with IT, business teams, and external vendors while driving improvements in data quality, governance, and integration. You will have the opportunity to work in a global environment, where you play a crucial role in ensuring a unified and strategic data management that supports ITAB's business development.

Your main responsibilities

• Develop and lead ITAB's master data architecture with a focus on the MDM platform.
• Design and optimize ITAB's data architecture to ensure efficient and future-proof solutions.
• Ensure high data quality and governance through standardized processes and guidelines.
• Drive and optimize system integrations between the MDM platform and other business systems (ERP, CRM, CPQ).
• Support strategic business development through data-driven insights and improved information management and documentation.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to develop and implement effective master data solutions.
• Act as a functional leader, advisor, and trainer in MDM to enhance the organization's understanding and use of master data.

Requirements

• Good experience in Master Data Management, preferably within a global organization.
• Experience with MDM platforms.
• Strong knowledge in data modeling, data architecture, data integration, and governance.
• Solid experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks.
• Good understanding of system integration between MDM, ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
• Experience in managing data governance and quality assurance in large organizations.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of Swedish.

Meritorious

• Experience with systems such as Profisee, SAP MDG, Informatica, or similar.
• Experience working in a retail environment or similar industry.
• Understanding of business processes within supply chain, sales, and customer data management.
• Experience leading change projects and implementing new data governance models.
• Knowledge of data management frameworks and security principles.
