About the Position
As a Claims Adjuster, you will handle claims primarily within the personal injury unit's student and travel insurance. The work involves assessing and analyzing various types of documentation and making decisions on compensation based on insurance terms and practices. You will have extensive contact and communication with insured individuals, healthcare providers, and authorities. The position of Claims Adjuster is a consulting assignment starting in May and is expected to last until February 2026, with the possibility of extension.
About You
To be considered for the position, a university degree is required, along with good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You should have an interest in claims adjustment and insurance issues, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions based on applicable insurance terms. Experience in claims adjustment or insurance handling, as well as customer contact and administrative processing, is an advantage.
We are looking for someone who is engaged, self-driven, and analytical. You tackle new tasks quickly and efficiently and possess good communication skills. To thrive in this role, it is important that you have a structured approach to work and can manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Requirements for the Position:
- University degree
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Interest in claims adjustment and insurance issues
- Ability to work independently and make decisions based on applicable insurance terms
To move forward in the process, you need to clearly outline how you meet the formal requirements, such as education, language skills, and work experience. Describe relevant assignments and experiences, and specify the time period (YY-MM) and type of employment.
