As a Controller, you play a central role in the company's financial management and strategic development. You work closely with both management and other business areas to ensure effective financial planning and follow-up. The role involves responsibility for financial analysis, reporting, and process development, where you provide insights that support business decisions and drive profitability. As the company grows, you will also have the opportunity to develop and improve financial routines and practices.

• Responsible for the budget process, forecasts, financial follow-up, and reporting
• Responsible for monthly closings, inventory accounting, and cost follow-up
• Monitoring key performance indicators and results
• Ensuring compliance and internal control
• Preparing and presenting financial reports to management and other stakeholders
• Identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives for increased profitability
• Driving initiatives to improve and modernize processes.

• Experience as a Controller with broad knowledge in financial analysis and management
• Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or equivalent
• Excellent skills in MS Excel
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Scope: Full-time, permanent

Start: Immediately, considering your potential notice period

Location: Arvika, with the possibility of some remote work.
