ABOUT THE POSITION

Kammarkollegiet acts as the state’s insurance company, working with risk management and claims adjustment for government agencies and foundations. As a claims adjuster, you will handle claims within the personal injury unit's student and travel insurance and be part of the team for student and travel claims. You will manage applications, request additional information, and make various types of assessments and analyze documentation. Based on insurance terms and practices, you will then make decisions regarding compensation. This is a communicative role where you should possess the ability to independently make decisions while working carefully and efficiently. You will spend your working day in an activity-based office at Karolinen, alongside experienced and competent colleagues who are eager to share their knowledge and expertise!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a completed university degree that the employer deems relevant for the position
• Has at least six months of work experience in a similar role where you have analyzed information and drawn your own conclusions and made independent decisions
• Has experience with investigative administrative tasks
• Has worked in a mission-critical system
• Has work experience with documents in Office 365 and has used Microsoft Teams or equivalent video conferencing tools
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
