Administrative Support in HR

Are you an organized and solution-oriented person with experience in HR? We are currently seeking administrative support for a fixed-term position.

In this role, you will coordinate and support administrative processes as well as participate in HR administration. If you are passionate about digitalization and creating effective solutions, then this job is for you!

Your Workplace

The Competence Supply Unit's mission is to work with competence supply throughout the region, including competence models and plans as well as recruitment and procurement of temporary staff. We are also responsible for being an administrative support primarily to the HR Director. The team currently consists of HR strategists, HR consultants, and HR administrators. We have a strong team spirit and help each other succeed in our tasks. We are now looking for a new colleague who wants to work with us.

The employment is a temporary position until January 1, 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Your Responsibilities

The main tasks include close collaboration with the HR Director and primarily providing support with minute-taking and coordinating meetings. This role is also a cohesive contact for many administrative processes and handling of permissions. Curiously exploring and finding good and effective digital solutions for administrative processes within HR will be part of the assignment. You will also be involved in other administrative tasks of the Competence Supply Unit.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for someone with education in HR. Experience working as administrative support is considered an advantage.

To succeed in this role, you need to be able to work in a structured manner while prioritizing and adapting to changing conditions. Good collaboration skills, being attentive, flexible, and service-oriented are important qualities for this job. You have a strong interest in digitalization and efficiency.
