JUNIOR ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT TO KLARAVIK

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a junior accounting assistant for Klaravik, a skilled administrator who is proficient in English, both spoken and written. You will be part of our team responsible for our accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reminder management. Your focus will be on reminder management, which means you will spend a significant part of your time on the phone. This is an independent role where you will have substantial responsibility for your own tasks. We work at a fast pace, and problem-solving will be a big part of your everyday life. You will be part of a down-to-earth and wonderful team in a workplace where there is a lot of openness, and where community combined with the ability to influence shapes the atmosphere.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in administration of any kind is an advantage but not a requirement; the most important thing for us is that you are an ambitious and positive person who sees opportunities. ABOUT THE POSITION
The position of accounting assistant is a full-time consulting assignment that is initially for 6 months. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant at Klaravik. After 6 months, Klaravik intends to offer you a permanent position.
