Wafab Bil is now looking for a dedicated service advisor to work with Kia at our facility in Kristinehamn.

Main Responsibilities

Your main tasks will consist of meeting our customers when they visit us or call us. You will provide cost estimates, plan ordered jobs, receive the car, keep the customer updated on deviations, compile invoices, and hand over the car with a review of what has been done.

You will have many varied tasks and you will be the spider in the web to solve the daily workshop operations. You will work closely with the workshop manager, parts manager, and four technicians, who together with you are responsible for ensuring that we have completely satisfied customers. Through your commitment and expertise, you will find the best possible solution for each customer.

Qualifications

We want you to have an interest in automotive technology and a few years of industry experience, as well as a B driver's license. You will be offered professional development through Kia's training program.
