Are you knowledgeable in electronic and/or mechanical security and want to work as a salesperson with a strong focus on holistic sales? Then you are the one we are looking for at Byggbeslag Locks & Security in Karlstad.

In your daily work, you will plan and conduct customer visits, perform needs analyses, manage existing customers, and work with upselling, order processing, and quotations. You have previous experience in locks & security and are attracted to selling comprehensive solutions with customer satisfaction as the main focus.

Your profile

You are a driven salesperson and relationship builder. You have broad industry knowledge and are passionate about building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers. You see yourself as a self-sufficient person, good at organizing and addressing issues as they arise, and driving them all the way to completion.

You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a natural interest in the construction and real estate industry. Making deals energizes you, and you have a practical approach to problem-solving and can quickly adapt to new conditions. You appreciate the variety in the work, which includes many different types of projects and customer contacts.

To succeed in this role, you should be business-minded, self-driven, and communicative. You always prioritize the customer to find the right solution.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibility is to manage our sales efforts together with engaged colleagues. The position also includes responsibilities such as:

  • Customer visits and proactive customer engagement
  • Identifying opportunities and needs
  • Building and maintaining good customer contact and internal relationships
  • Preparing quotes, agreements, and contracts
  • Advising on security solutions and product choices

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with relevant industry knowledge and product expertise in locks and security, as well as an interest in sales, business, and customer relationships. We value your winning personality and the right drive combined with a technical interest and competence. Previous experience in locks and security, sales, and a broad network in the construction industry or among private property owners is highly meritorious.

A driver's license is required. Travel in the job is expected.

The position is based in Karlstad.
