Filterteknik is now looking for an engaged inside salesperson who can handle incoming leads, follow up on business opportunities, and create value for both new and existing customers.

Job Description & Offer

As an inside salesperson at Filterteknik, you will play a key role in ensuring that no business opportunities are lost. You will work proactively with follow-up on leads, quotes, and customer activity in our e-commerce and digital business system. By analyzing customer behavior and understanding their needs, you will contribute to increased sales and strengthened customer relationships. The role involves some prospecting and creating your own leads, as well as following up on business trails and developing customer dialogue.

You will be offered a stimulating work environment where you will work closely with both our outside salespeople and your inside sales team. Your Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on leads from customer service, e-commerce, and other channels
  • Analyze and identify business opportunities based on digital customer activity
  • Contact customers who have been active but have not yet placed an order – understand their needs and offer solutions
  • Proactively work with quote follow-ups and increase hit rate
  • Prospect and create your own leads
  • Coordinate with salespeople and schedule meetings where needed
  • Participate in trade shows and other industry events to strengthen relationships and generate new business opportunities

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with a natural drive who enjoys creating business. You have an analytical mindset and can see opportunities where others see challenges. To thrive in this role, you should be self-sufficient, structured, and enjoy taking initiative. It is also important that you have patience and perseverance – sometimes it takes chasing a deal until you reach the right person.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of digital tools and the ability to analyze customer behavior online. You are driven, curious, and structured, with the ability to see opportunities and act on them. Your strong business acumen helps you create and nurture long-term customer relationships. You enjoy communicating and reaching out to customers and have a natural talent for building relationships. Additionally, you are a team player who contributes to a positive and inclusive team spirit.
