We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented store salesperson!

As a store salesperson in our Flooring and Carpet department, you are an important part of our team. You help customers find the right products for their projects, provide professional advice on flooring and carpets, and ensure that the department is both inspiring and well-stocked.

Your responsibilities include:

• Selling flooring and carpets by providing customers with information about different products, benefits, and options.
• Cutting and customizing carpets according to customer measurements and needs.
• Picking/packing orders for delivery.
• Restocking and displaying products on shelves to ensure an attractive and well-stocked department.
• Heavy lifting and physical handling of goods – the job involves lifting and moving heavy packages and rolls of flooring and carpets together with your colleagues.
• Keeping the store organized and ensuring that products are correctly priced and presented in the best way.
• Responding to emails and phone calls from customers with questions about products, orders, or other inquiries.

• Has a desire to learn about flooring and carpets and is committed to continuously developing their product knowledge.
• Has experience in sales and customer service and is passionate about providing customers with the best possible experience.
• Is responsible, self-motivated, and has a strong sense of order, ensuring that tasks are completed in the best way.
• Is comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work – you are not afraid to put in the effort when needed.
• Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, while enjoying being part of a collaborative team.

Working hours and application

The position is 80% and involves varying working hours, including evenings and weekends.
