Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with advice and sales of golf equipment, clothing, and accessories.

• Inventory management and restocking of products.

• Handling of cash register systems and customer orders.

• Ensure that the shop is kept organized and pleasant.

• Receive phone inquiries and manage customer issues.

• Administer memberships, bookings, and any events.

• Support with administration and assist at various events and competitions at the club.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an interest in golf and enjoys working in a social and fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience working with GIT (Golf IT system) is a plus.

• Has prior experience in retail, customer service, or administration (preferred but not required).

• Is detail-oriented, flexible, and enjoys taking responsibility.

• Has good communication skills and can work both independently and in a team.

• Is outgoing and service-oriented.

• Experience with cash register systems and administrative tasks is a plus.

• Is at least 18 years old and has a driver's license.
