We need a new salesperson!

Are you passionate about retail? Do you thrive on the challenges found in a department store? Then you are the one we need for our team. We are now looking for a new salesperson for our store in Charlottenberg. The position is a permanent part-time employment (10 hours/week) that starts with a six-month probationary period. It would be great if you want to help develop Rusta together with us!

Your role as a salesperson

Working in a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and fun. No day is the same! You will work with and take responsibility for different types of tasks every day; from cashier work and customer service to restocking and reorganizing the store's departments.

Your responsibilities as a salesperson:

• to always prioritize customer and sales focus as the first priority and to contribute to achieving and exceeding the store's sales and profitability goals.
• to work efficiently with cashier tasks, store displays, pricing, inventory management, and restocking. (including inventories)
• to keep order and tidiness.
