You will belong to Marketing Sweden within Thermia's sales organization, and the location is Arvika with the possibility of some remote work, or alternatively, based at Thermia's Örebro office with some time spent in Arvika.

Your Responsibilities

The role means that you will work broadly with marketing support for Thermia Heat Pumps in the Swedish market. Your responsibilities include:

• Producing graphic materials for digital media and print.
• Administering and creating content for the website.
• Holding editorial responsibility for social media.
• Supporting resellers and regional managers with marketing materials, trade show booth bookings, maintaining customer data in the CRM system, and more.
• Participating in communication projects with internal and external partners.

Thermia Heat Pumps develops, produces, and markets heat pump systems for heating, hot water, and cooling. Thermia was founded in 1923 in Arvika, which remains the center of operations with 320 employees. The company is now one of the leading players in the European market and is owned by Stiebel Eltron, a German heat pump manufacturer with approximately 5,000 employees across the group.

Our Expectations

We would like you to have good skills and experience in Adobe Creative Suite. A requirement for the role is that you have good knowledge of InDesign. It is desirable that you can handle basic work in After Effects/Premiere.

If you have previously administered websites and answered customer inquiries on social media, that is a plus. You are familiar with PowerPoint and not averse to Excel. Since the assignment also includes some text editing and contact with regional managers and resellers, we expect you to communicate well in both spoken and written form.

We are looking for someone who has great engagement and is curious, social, and a natural problem solver. You are willing to take your own initiatives, work independently, and perform various tasks within the department. You are unpretentious, well-structured, and enjoy a broad role that is both creative and administrative.

Even though competence in key programs is significant, we place great importance on your personal qualities.
