The logistics department at ArcelorMittal Construction Sweden AB is responsible for ensuring that goods are delivered on time and with the right quality. We are now looking for a transport administrator/planner to support the department during the summer, primarily regarding domestic transports. Take the chance to become part of a wonderful team!

About the Role

In the role of transport administrator/planner, you will be responsible for booking and planning primarily domestic transports to customers, but some handling of international transports may also occur. The role also includes tasks such as being responsible for outgoing and incoming deliveries, ensuring that all deliveries are accompanied by the correct documentation in the form of delivery notes, freight documents, and, where applicable, customs documents, as well as ensuring that both external and internal transports are conducted according to applicable agreements. You will also maintain ongoing customer and supplier contacts within the area, as well as communication with relevant salespeople and production staff.

Qualifications

• Good IT system skills, especially in Office365.
• You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious

• Education with a focus on logistics and/or previous experience in transport planning.
• Experience in administrative work and service.

More About the Position

This is a temporary consulting assignment, which means that you will be employed as a consultant through Qtym AB but will work on-site at our client company ArcelorMittal Construction AB.

Scope: Full-time.
Start: Week 25 and the assignment runs until week 33, with a break during weeks 29-30.
Working hours: Monday-Friday between 7:00-15:30.
Location: Karlstad.
