Do you want to take ownership of a growing business area and be the one to drive it forward? Are you passionate about sales and building something from the ground up? Filterteknik is making a significant investment in industrial air and is now looking for a Salesperson – a key role where you will be responsible for building and developing our sales from scratch.

This is a role for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, where you create business opportunities and drive development forward. You will be the one to set the structure, establish customer relationships, and position Filterteknik as a strong player in the market.
Filterteknik already has a strong brand and solid expertise in filtration – but in the industrial air sector, this is an investment that requires the right person. This means you will have a unique opportunity to build the business from the ground up and drive sales yourself.
This is an independent and outgoing sales role, where your primary focus is to create new customer relationships and build a customer base. You will actively prospect, book meetings, drive the sales process, and close deals. At the same time, you will have support from internal specialists and a strong product range that provides you with the right tools to succeed.
In this role, you will:
- Build the business in industrial air from the ground up – identify market opportunities and drive the strategy forward.
- Take full responsibility for new customer acquisition and sales, where you create the business yourself.
- Establish Filterteknik in the market for industrial air by building strong customer relationships.
- Adapt and develop solutions based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal experts in Sweden and Denmark to ensure the best filtration solutions.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone driven by building something from the ground up. You are a self-sufficient salesperson with a strong business sense and a natural curiosity for customer needs. Contacting new customers, creating business opportunities, and driving sales is what motivates you.
To succeed in this role, we see that you:
- Have experience in ventilation – either in sales, technical consulting, or business development.
- Are self-sufficient and proactive.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and are driven to create new customer relationships and business.
- Enjoy being out in the field and actively prospecting the market.
- Have an understanding of business flows and decision-making processes among different types of customers.
