About the Position

As a Store Associate at Biltema, you are an important part of the customers' experience in the store. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that customers receive the best possible service. If you enjoy a fast-paced work environment and customer interactions, you will thrive in our café, which is a popular spot for our customers. Your workday consists of various tasks, including product stocking, cashier duties, and work in customer service and the café.

For those who show initiative, there are good opportunities for extra work even during the fall/winter.

About You

The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to read the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is a pronounced service person and has the customer in focus. You enjoy a fast-paced work environment where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take initiative, see what needs to be done, and want order and tidiness around you. Personal suitability will be highly valued, as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.

Experience in retail, particularly in customer service, cashier work, and complaint handling, is advantageous. To quickly adapt to the role, we prefer someone with a burning interest in our product range and areas or café operations.
