ABOUT THE POSITION

At the request of our client, we are now looking for a junior risk analysis coordinator with 1–3 years of experience to support and streamline their processes regarding supplier assessments and risk analyses. You will work on implementing ServiceNow workflows to simplify information gathering and task aggregation, as well as contribute to improving our technical management.

You will be offered a consulting assignment through Academic Work for at least 6 months with good chances of extension.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Write risk reports in two phases: information security and follow-up/actions for critical suppliers.
• Ensure that suppliers are certified and manage any subcontractors.
• Assess suppliers' capabilities through questions and scoring.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Has experience working in information security
• Has experience conducting risk analyses
• Has experience in supplier reviews based on information security
• Speaks Swedish and English fluently in writing and speech.
