At PEC, we work with telephone sales primarily to private customers & sometimes to corporate clients.

You can expect to come into contact with both passive, existing, and new customers.

PEC was founded in 2003 and is now a Care and Contact Center that has a collective agreement through the union, with a fixed base salary & generous commission, as part of the security we at PEC can offer our employees.

We are looking for someone who:

• Wants to learn more about sales
• Can work independently and in a team
• Sees solutions and can accept feedback
• Has a commitment to the job you perform
• Has excellent language skills in Swedish - spoken and written, as we have high demands on clarity and the ability to explain the product.

*Scope: 35h/week (08:30-16:30)

*Location: Västervik

*Salary: Fixed base salary and generous commission

Once we have received your application and you move forward in the recruitment process, the recruitment manager will contact you within a few days for a short phone interview. If you proceed from there, the next step is to schedule you for two recruitment days. During these days, you will receive a closer presentation of the company and a basic sales training. After the recruitment days, we will have a one-on-one conversation to see how it feels – if it feels good from both sides, we will offer you a position!

What you can expect from us at PEC is;

• Fixed monthly salary;

122.65/h if you are under 24 years old, which corresponds to a monthly salary of 20,483 SEK at a full-time measure of 100%

142.19 SEK/h if you are over 24 years old, which corresponds to a monthly salary of 23,746 SEK at a full-time measure of 100%

Scope 87.5%, 35h/week
