As a customer service representative/salesperson in Telenor's customer service, you will work with receiving incoming calls from customers and assisting them with questions regarding telephony, subscriptions, invoices, and technical issues, etc. In this role, you will also work with upselling where the customer's needs are the focus. The office you will work at is located in Varvsholmen in large, fresh premises. Community and engagement are highly valued in the workplace.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with sales, problem-solving, and who always strives for the highest possible customer satisfaction, creating added value and fantastic experiences for Telenor's customers. You are responsible, quality-conscious, and enjoy working towards clear set goals, both individually and as a team. Furthermore, you are accustomed to working with a computer, you write and speak Swedish fluently, and you have a good command of English. The requirement for the position is complete high school qualifications.

The employment is full-time with a start date in spring/summer 2025. The working hours are varied within customer service opening hours, which are weekdays from 8 AM to 6 PM. The employment begins with training to give you the best conditions for success in your new job. You will have a fixed salary according to the agreement and the possibility of commission.
