Alemtek AB is expanding and looking for a Customer Success Manager who wants to strengthen our customer relationships and marketing efforts! Alemtek AB, founded in 2000, is a family-owned business that offers innovative suspension systems through long-term collaborations. From our headquarters in Nybro, we assist manufacturers of premium products in lighting, acoustics, and signage across Europe to hang their products in the best way.
At Alemtek, you will be part of an open team with a family-like atmosphere. As a smaller company, we have a flat organization with short decision-making paths, allowing you to influence the company's direction.
Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager, you will have a broad role and work with marketing, customer service, and administrative tasks to ensure high customer satisfaction. You will handle simpler incoming customer inquiries and collaborate with the sales team to develop sales and customer satisfaction.
Common tasks include:
- Creating relevant content and materials that support sales efforts.
- Driving marketing campaigns together with partners such as newsletters, news posts, social media, digital advertising, events, trade shows, etc.
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Handling customer inquiries and issues quickly and efficiently.
- Identifying upselling opportunities within existing customers.
- Registering new customers and customer orders in the business system.
- Managing various customer administration tasks.
Good to Know
- Location: You will be based at the office in Nybro.
- Working hours: Daytime weekdays.
- Scope: The position is full-time and starts with a 6-month probationary period at Alemtek AB.

We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, customer care, or inside sales.
- Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns, including newsletters, social media, and digital advertising.
- The ability to handle customer inquiries and issues quickly and efficiently.
- A technical interest or knowledge is important to understand and assist customers with technical questions and solutions.
- A relevant university degree or equivalent work experience.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and business English, both spoken and written.
- Good experience working in business systems and the office suite.
