We are now looking for mystery shoppers and interviewers for short assignments across the country.

Custitude conducts various types of customer surveys; Mystery Shopping, Store checks, exit interviews, as well as on-site coaching in stores.

We would be happy if you want to be part of our customer interaction team as a mystery shopper.

We collaborate with several chains and companies that want to develop their customer interactions across different channels. An important part of this is understanding what they excel at and what can be improved, both at the chain level and at the store level. Through mystery shopping, we conduct anonymous visits where we evaluate the service and see how you are treated as a customer.

The work is simple but requires great attention to detail and seriousness.

Our expectations of you are that you are:

• Prepared: You have always read the instructions and manuals before carrying out your assignments.

• Responsible: You ensure that your assignments are completed according to plan and on time.

• Reliable: You understand the purpose of what you and Custitude are doing, you are interested in the results, and you want the customer to be able to develop from your feedback.

You can communicate well in Swedish both in writing and verbally.

By registering in our database, you will become part of Custitude's customer interaction team. You will be asked about assignments and can choose to accept or decline each time. An observation usually takes about 1 hour, including reporting. Often, the times for assignments are very flexible, making this a great part-time job. Compensation is per assignment.
