Workplace: Frösundavik, Solna Hybrid (Opportunity for remote work a few days a week) Scope: Full-time position, office hours About the team & role As a junior project administrator with us, you will have an exciting opportunity to develop and grow in a dynamic work environment. You will become an important part of the team and work on collecting, analyzing, and reporting data that helps projects move forward effectively. You will act as a link between project management and other departments, ensuring that important information reaches the right people and assisting with documentation and project follow-up. Thus, you will coordinate meetings, manage correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain project documents.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Review and ensure that documents and images meet high quality standards and requirements. Coordinate with photographers and writers as needed.
• Collect, review, and archive project documents, update databases and filing systems.
• Perform quality checks and ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Ensure that documentation is available in a timely manner for smooth decision-making and efficient processes.
• Coordinate actions in case of errors in documents or images, manage feedback, and follow up on quality.
• Keep in touch with project management and the FA team, participate in meetings, and disseminate updates.
• Create detailed reports, analyze data, and identify trends for better decision-making.

You need to communicate fluently in Swedish and English as both languages are used daily in the role. If you speak German, that is a plus.
