Responsibilities

You will have a developing and exciting role as you are responsible for developing existing customer relationships and establishing new ones. You will drive the sales work independently and develop solutions based on the customer's needs. The target group for your business is primarily medium-sized and large customers across all industries in Borås and Sjuhärad.

* At least three years of sales experience with documented good sales results
* Experience from the industry is an advantage
* Ability to sell added value and act consultatively, as well as having strong negotiation skills
* High integrity and ability to act credibly at all levels in customer interactions
* Very good planning and organizational skills and ability to create networks
* Ability to think outside the box, come up with innovative ideas, and inspire your customers
* Experience in leading projects and the ability to take the lead and guide others
* Excellent knowledge of Swedish, English, and presentation techniques
* Proficient in Office and comfortable with computer usage as a natural part of your work
* A valid B driver's license is a requirement

The Position

The position is permanent with a 100% working rate. We apply a probationary period.
