We are looking for colleagues who want to work with us over the summer and continue as substitute staff in the fall! Or maybe this is just the beginning of a continued journey within the care profession and you want to stay longer with us?

We are currently looking for more colleagues in Örnsköldsvik and surrounding areas, seeking those who want to work as personal assistants and/or guides as well as relief staff.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities and suitability for the role related to matching with the customer/user.

It is an advantage if you have:

What does a typical day look like?

It varies! With us, all our users/customers are unique, and routines and activities may differ depending on whom you are working with. Common tasks include assisting with daily routines, personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals. Your workplace is in the customer's home, but you also accompany the customer on various outings and errands, such as shopping, medical visits, coffee in town, etc. You are there for the customer/user when they live their life based on their circumstances.

There may also be lifting involved during transfers, depending on each customer's needs (if needed, aids are also available on site). A position with one of our customers may also involve the opportunity to work at different times of the day, such as day, evening, or night during weekdays and weekends.

To facilitate the process in case of employment, you need to have a BankID and agree to use it in the service, and you must present a current extract from the police criminal record, which you can quickly order here (https://polisen.se/tjanster-tillstand/belastningsregistret/barn-med-funktionsnedsattning/) and bring to the interview. The register you need to order is called "Work with children with disabilities", as we use this for all our employments.

Employment rate: Varied employment rate based on each assignment's needs.

Start date: By agreement in case of vacancies with our customers. Start can occur immediately as well as later during the summer or in the fall.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements. Your application will be read by employees at Kura Omsorg, customers, and relatives. For employment with us at Kura Omsorg, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you as an applicant can present valid ID and/or submit a personal certificate as well as any documents that prove the right to work in Sweden.
