Restaurant Moroten & Piskan is part of ÅMA AB, which has been conducting catering, event, and restaurant operations within Lund University since 2010.

We are looking for a Floor Manager starting from August 2025. Some administrative skills are required, as well as a person with leadership qualities and organizational ability. You are energetic, structured, proactive, and service-minded. You are innovative and resourceful. A significant part of your job description will be to help the business expand to the next level.

Good language skills and email proficiency are a must.

You will work as part of the service team but will also be the key contact for customers. Sales meetings and the execution of certain events are part of your responsibilities. You will work independently and solution-oriented after training.

The work is during the day, except for large events where it is important to be present and be the face of the company throughout the execution.
