We are looking for a chef for "Summer at Fridhem" at Fridhem Folk High School.

Our participants come from all over Sweden for a week of good food, hanging out at the bar, pleasant company, entertainment, and learning something new/fun/exciting/interesting in a 5-day course. They also stay in our dormitories during the week. We have over 75 courses between weeks 26-32 with a total number of participants of about 1200 people.

Our fantastic kitchen serves breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon coffee, and dinner almost every day. Our summer menu focuses on modern, fresh, and sustainable food served as a buffet.

We are now looking for someone who is fantastic, cheerful, positive, and enjoys meeting new people.

As a chef, you may be an experienced star in the culinary world, but we are also open to those who are trained chefs but may not have much experience, as we will train you to become your own star.

Experience with special diets is an advantage. Start date can be week 25 and extends to mid-August with a chance for extension.

We can also offer accommodation and meals during the summer at an exceptionally favorable price.

Salary according to agreement or negotiated salary for those with experience and qualifications.
