High up on the top of Romeleåsen in Skåne, just half an hour east of Malmö at one of Skåne's highest points, lies The Lodge – a place where flavors, views, and world-class service go hand in hand.

We are now looking for service staff to join our team at Restaurant Heaven, where we serve business lunches, Afternoon Tea Parties, and a seasonal 4-course menu featuring local ingredients and flavors that guests remember long after they have left our dining room.

As part of our service team in Heaven, you will play a vital role in the guest experience. You will welcome guests, guide them through the menu, serve with precision, and ensure that every detail is perfect.

You will work closely with our head waiters, chefs, and sommeliers, gaining a unique opportunity to develop your skills in food, drink, and high-level service. The role also involves working alongside our new F&B Manager/Creative Head Chef Jesper Sandqvist, providing you with a fantastic opportunity to deepen your knowledge of gastronomy and beverages.

We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, a natural sense of service, and a passion for providing our guests with an extraordinary experience.

We would like you to have: Experience in restaurant service A passion for service and a positive attitude Basic beverage knowledge – wine interest is a plus The ability to work in a team with high ambitions Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
