About the Role

Törnskogen Preschool is a school with a large yard and proximity to nature, where we offer a stimulating and safe environment for children's learning and development. We are looking for an experienced and educated childcare worker who wants to continue developing our operations while contributing to a safe and joyful everyday life for our children.

We seek someone who wants to help us make our preschool even better! At our preschool, we have high ambitions for our children's learning and development, and our work is characterized by high engagement. Through shared collegial reflections, we meet each other's thoughts and grow in our profession.

It is important for us that you, who want to work as a childcare worker with us, feel curiosity about your mission. A day at preschool is filled with meaningful encounters between children and educators, and each meeting is part of the child's safety, development, and learning. We want to take advantage of this to make preschool safe, educational, and enjoyable for everyone.

As a childcare worker with us, we want you to see how different children learn in different ways and have the ability to help children learn in all everyday situations. Through play and imagination, we want you to challenge the children where they are and see each day as a learning adventure. You should have a commitment to your mission and the ability to build relationships with both children and guardians.

Practical Requirements

• Completed a childcare education (high school or adult education)
• Can work with digital tools
• Is familiar with preschool's governing documents
• Has good knowledge of the Swedish language and expresses yourself well in speech and writing

Employment Form

The position is permanent with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Scope: 100%. Start date: August, or by agreement. The position is located at: Törnskogen Preschool, Sollentuna.
