Närhälsan Uddevalla rehab clinic is located in central Uddevalla with proximity to public transport.

About the job

As a receptionist, you are the face of the organization to our patients. You greet them with a warm welcome and provide the best possible service at our reception as well as over the phone and through contacts via 1177. In addition to reception duties, you will have administrative tasks such as mail handling, scanning, registration in various systems, and inventory management.

You are an important resource for the entire rehab clinic, and the work involves close collaboration with other professionals in the unit. You and your colleagues share responsibility with the manager for the development of the organization in an ongoing improvement process. For us, it is important to create a good working environment, where we care for each other and thrive together.

About you

• You have at least a 3-year high school education.
• You have experience working in a reception and/or in healthcare.
• You also have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge and interest in working with digitalization. Ideally, you can also communicate and make yourself understood in English.

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people and sees patient contact as your most significant and important task. As a person, you are communicative, have good collaboration skills, and can work independently. You enjoy variety in your work and can easily switch between different tasks; you thrive on having many tasks at once and are often the one in the middle, coordinating and observing what is happening around you. Since the workload is variable, it is important that you can prioritize among tasks. We also see that you embody Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.
