About the role
At BDO in Linköping, we currently have 9 employees in the business areas of accounting and auditing. From day one, you will become an important part of BDO's accounting team and have the opportunity to be part of our growth journey.
As a senior accounting consultant with us, you will work closely with our clients on various and independent tasks such as:
- Ongoing accounting, year-end closing, annual reports, and tax returns.
- Project management for larger assignments involving quotation work, pricing discussions, staffing, budgeting, and financial follow-up.
- Leadership - managing work, coaching, and following up on employees' well-being and performance.
- Daily client contact with some advisory in corporate finance.
- Caring for existing clients and attracting new clients through participation in fairs and events.
We work in several different systems, in our own portal, and with modern applications to provide the best digital solution for our clients. Our clients come from various industries of different sizes, and our broad service offering also means that we can assist clients on many levels. About you
We are looking for you with:
- Post-secondary education in economics with a focus on accounting.
- At least 5 years of experience as an accounting consultant at an accounting firm.
- Experience as a leader, or with great leadership potential.
- Experience in accounting and year-end closing within K2 and K3.
- Good system proficiency, preferably experience with Fortnox.

You enjoy working both independently and in a team towards set goals and have the ability to lead by example. You are passionate about contributing to your colleagues' development, have a natural talent for creating trust-based relationships, and can adapt your leadership style to bring out the best in each individual.
