Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

About the SQD (Supplier Quality Development) Team

The Supplier Quality and Development organization is responsible for ensuring the best supply base in terms of quality, reliability, and safety. Our function "Supplier Quality & Development" acts as a support to procurement and manufacturing with preventive and reactive measures. Our team operates as a global team across business areas and regions, providing standards and tools to ensure quality and delivery for all purchased goods.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer, you will, among other things:

• Coordinate and drive activities to ensure the right actions in the phases of deviation reports
• Ensure correct root cause analyses (RCA) and preventive actions from suppliers
• Analyze statistics to verify actions and detect recurring deviations
• Prepare documentation and statistics for meetings such as Supplier Performance Review
• Contribute to continuous improvements and develop processes within your area of responsibility

You will create and maintain internal contacts to ensure operational conditions and high customer satisfaction. As a coordinator, you are the spider in the web between SE AB and suppliers, responsible for driving and documenting the phases of deviations: registering, analyzing, addressing, implementing, and monitoring. You also ensure the correct cost basis for any claims against suppliers.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is driven, humble, and interested in improving both the business and yourself. You are structured, analytical, and enjoy creating order and achieving goals. You have an understanding of corporate functions and collaborations, as well as a strong interest in quality. You are positive, outgoing, and relationship-building, with several years of experience in production, business development, procurement, or quality.

You find it stimulating to meet many people both internally within the company you work for and externally. A positive attitude, outgoing nature, and relationship-building are words that fit you well. The job involves many international supplier contacts as well as internal contacts within the company, which is why we would like to see that you enjoy being the "spider in the web".

You have good communication skills in Swedish and English and thrive in international and internal contacts.
