SENG is looking for a Part-time Sales Associate for our store in Norrköping

This position is for you who are looking for extra work with a low working degree, primarily scheduled for evenings, weekends, and school holidays.

It is a requirement from our side that you can work a lot during the summer of 2025.

Working at SENG (tasks and responsibilities)

As a sales associate at SENG, you are an advisory salesperson through and through and guide the customer through the entire sales process, which you will receive training in. The role involves a great deal of personal responsibility, and you will play an important role in the team in the store.

You will daily follow SENG's sales methodology according to the latest updated sales training material. With the help of the store manager, you will also work daily to follow up on your own and the store's key figures. You continuously strive to improve these.

Furthermore, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring that the store, according to our concept, is always inspiring and sales-oriented.
• Keeping yourself updated regarding campaigns, product range, etc. with the help of your store manager.
• Giving your full attention to each customer and thereby ensuring good service.

Job scope:

The position is primarily located in Norrköping as a home store, but work in another SENG store may occur.

Extent: Part-time with possible scheduling on all days of the week. A majority of the working hours will be scheduled for weekends.

Working degree: About 12.5% fixed, but with the possibility of more work.

Duration: Permanent

Employment form: Permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months

Salary according to the Handels collective agreement
