Technical Support Specialist

Are you technically skilled, solution-oriented, and thrive in a support role where you work with technical systems and processes? We are now looking for a Technical Support Specialist for our client's Technical Support department within Tools & Instruments. Here you will play a central role in ensuring high quality and efficiency in our products and services while supporting both customers and internal teams.

About the Role

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work on developing and specifying technical solutions for boxes and packaging, managing systems in PLM and SAP, and being responsible for delivery and material management. Your tasks include:

  • Answering technical questions and providing support to both internal and external customers.
  • Managing master data and registering new basic sets in our systems.
  • Handling internal errors and supplier-related deviations (NCR).
  • Collaborating in development projects and working on regionalizing support processes.

Who We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

  • Relevant education in engineering, industry, or a similar field.
  • Experience working in PLM and SAP systems.
  • Good understanding of material management and procurement processes.
  • A solution-oriented and analytical approach with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
