About the assignment

We are looking for an accounting assistant for our client in Gothenburg. The position is a consulting assignment via Bemannia starting April 7, 2025, and lasting until December 31, 2025. The working rate is 75% and you will work during office hours at the client's office in central Gothenburg.

Your tasks

In this position, you will primarily work with creating and compiling invoicing documentation and registering them in the invoicing system Agresso, handling credits, quality controlling samples, and other administration related to finance.

Further tasks may also occur:

  • The majority of the work effort will be in the IT system Agresso. The position will have shared placement in the units for detailed planning support and finance.

Your qualifications

  • High school education in finance or equivalent education
  • At least two (2) years of work experience as an accounting assistant
  • Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
  • Experience working in financial systems
  • Invoicing system Agresso
