We are now looking for dedicated customer service representatives with service experience and an interest in technology who want to be part of their successful customer service team.

About the position

As a customer service representative, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for handling inquiries from corporate clients. The tasks include:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone and email regarding payments, contracts, orders, invoices, error reports, as well as pricing and transport questions.
  • Managing and administering cases in Salesforce
  • Collaborating with other departments to handle customer inquiries
  • Representing Loomis as the customer’s first point of contact and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Supporting customers with technical support related to the company's products and services.

We are looking for someone who has

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a technically oriented environment.
  • Strong system and computer skills. Experience with Salesforce, IFS, or similar is a plus.
  • Experience working with office packages, especially Excel
  • A complete high school diploma.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Willing to work 100% physically in the office with your colleagues.
  • A strong interest in technology and the ability to explain technical solutions in a pedagogical manner.
  • Previous experience working with payments and/or technical support is an advantage.

Their headquarters is located in Rotebro and offers a modern and pleasant working environment in bright, newly renovated premises near the commuter train station. Commuting options from both Stockholm and Uppsala are excellent. For those who drive, free parking is available as well as the option to charge electric cars at no cost.

Here you will work alongside approximately 80 colleagues at the headquarters, of which about 25 belong to the customer service team. The environment is characterized by a social and welcoming atmosphere with a strong focus on collaboration and well-being. What we offer

  • Scope: Full-time 40h/week, initially through a consulting assignment with very good chances of extension.
  • Employment type: Favorable consulting agreement via OIO
  • Working hours: Office hours according to schedule, weekdays without weekends. 100% physically on-site.
  • Benefits: Consulting agreement with a fixed monthly salary, wellness allowance, advance vacation, pension, and access to the client's benefits in the form of a gym, communal breakfasts, and activities.
  • Start date: Immediate
