About the Role

As a customer service representative, you will, together with your colleagues, be the face of the company and deliver first-class service to Unilin's customers in the Finnish market. In a company where development and innovation are constantly present, you will have the opportunity to grow together with both the company and the role. Using phone and email as your primary tools, you will act as an advisor to customers, using your extensive product knowledge to assist in product selection, as well as answering questions regarding prices, deliveries, and returns. The position is administrative in nature, where you will receive orders via email and register them in the SAP business system. The role involves close collaboration with the customer service team as well as with other internal departments such as sales, marketing, and shipping to ensure a qualitative and positive customer experience. Additionally, you will continuously work on customer follow-ups regarding purchases, deliveries, and returns. More specifically, the role includes:

- Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email

- Administrative tasks such as order placement in SAP

- Continuous and close collaboration with internal functions and departments

About You

Additionally, it is important for the role to have:

- Completed secondary education

- Fluent in Swedish, Finnish, and English.

- Previous experience working with customers and service. Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable

- Previous experience working in a business system. Experience with SAP is highly desirable
