About the Role

The primary tasks in this role include receiving our customers and finalizing their rental agreements when they return their rental cars. You are the last point of contact the customer has before leaving the rental station and concluding their rental, so it is essential that you have a strong sense of customer service. Customer interaction is the most prioritized task, but the role also includes damage inspection, administration, and daily fleet planning.

Requirements for the Position

· Holds a B driver's license (manual and automatic)

· Good knowledge of Swedish and English (spoken and written)

Compensation

Hourly wage with OB supplement according to collective agreement.

Extent

Service is an on-demand employment. Work in the evenings and weekends occurs.
