About us

In Basal home healthcare, we usually work on behalf of health centers or family doctor clinics when they are closed – evenings, nights, and weekends. Our teams are based in five geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris Basal home healthcare is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes ASIH, two specialized palliative care departments, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Emergency Care.

The Role

As a nurse with us, you will have a varied job where you both lead nursing assistants and perform home visits to our patients. The tasks include simpler medical interventions to interventions with advanced medical equipment and technology. We also handle alarms from 1177 and SOS Alarm.

We document in the journal system TakeCare and use Epsilon as a working tool out in the field. With us, you always have a team of administrative staff to help plan and structure the work.

We operate from the office at Sabbatsberg Hospital near Odenplan, and the patients are located within a defined geographical area. To travel between patient visits, you will use our environmentally classified cars.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse with at least two years of experience
• Has a B driver's license
• Has good computer skills and experience with the journal system TakeCare
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Previous work experience in home healthcare is highly meritorious.

You are professional in your approach and prioritize putting the patient first. You are a positive, engaged, and communicative person who actively wants to contribute to our community and development. You are secure in your professional role, have an easy time collaborating, and possess a broad medical competence. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment Conditions

Employment type: Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. Permanent full-time employment between 65-75%. Alternatively, permanent only on weekends.

Scope: Part-time or full-time

Start date: By agreement

Salary: Individual salary setting
