As a customer service representative/salesperson in Telenor's customer service, you will work with receiving incoming calls from customers and assisting them with questions regarding telephony, subscriptions, invoices, and technical issues, among others. In this role, you will also work with upselling, focusing on the customer's needs. The office you will be working at is located in Varvsholmen in spacious, modern premises. Community and engagement are highly valued in the workplace.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with sales, problem-solving, and always strives for the highest possible customer satisfaction, creating added value and fantastic experiences for Telenor's customers. You are responsible, quality-conscious, and enjoy working towards clear goals, both individually and as part of a team. Furthermore, you are accustomed to working with computers, you write and speak Swedish fluently, and you have a good command of English. A requirement for the position is full high school qualifications.

The employment is full-time with a start date in spring/summer 2025. The working hours are varied within customer service hours, which are weekdays from 8 AM to 6 PM. The employment begins with training to give you the best conditions for succeeding in your new job. You will have a fixed salary according to the agreement and the opportunity for commission.
