Uniflex is looking for sales representatives for Telenor's customer service in Kalmar

You will be working at our client's bright and fresh offices at Varvsholmen in Kalmar, where they highly value community and engagement. The client invests heavily in their staff and there are good development opportunities within the company. They actively work to attract motivated, engaged, and inspiring personnel.

As part of our team, you are the face of Telenor and represent their products and brand. In this role, you will receive incoming calls from Telenor's customers, answering and assisting them with their inquiries regarding invoices, mobile telephony, subscriptions, and technical support. You are service-oriented and attentive to the customer's needs, actively working with upselling as a significant part of the service. All to inspire the customer when using digital solutions and find the best setup for them.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is driven to work with sales over the phone. You enjoy problem-solving and always strive for the highest possible customer satisfaction, creating added value and fantastic experiences for Telenor's customers. You are responsible, quality-conscious, and enjoy working towards set goals, both individually and as part of a team. Furthermore, you are accustomed to working with computers, you write and speak Swedish fluently, and have a good command of English. The requirement for the position is a complete high school education.

The position is full-time with a start date in spring 2025. Working hours are varied, and customer service hours are weekdays from 8 AM to 6 PM. The employment begins with training to provide you with the best conditions for success in your new job. You will receive a fixed salary according to the agreement and the opportunity for commission.
