ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for a consultant in accounts payable for a full-time consulting assignment starting as soon as possible, no later than April. The assignment initially runs until October 2025, and you will be part of an engaged team where collaboration and structure are key to success. This is an assignment through us at Academic Work, which means you will be employed as a consultant but work at our client, who is one of the world's leading players in supply chain management and transportation services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer accounts payable
• Work with financial systems and ensure correct invoice registration
• Perform controls and reconciliations according to the company's processes
• Work in Excel to analyze and compile financial data

• Has understanding and experience in accounts payable
• Thrives in an administrative and process-driven role
• Has worked in financial systems before and feels comfortable with Excel
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Is meticulous, efficient, and self-driven, and enjoys working in a team
• Has a strong service and support mindset and good communication skills
