ABOUT THE POSITION

Here you will have the opportunity to become part of a team that supports Skandia's corporate clients, advisors, brokers, and individuals with questions regarding various insurance solutions. Skandia always strives for high customer satisfaction, and your role will be a central part of this work. You will primarily meet customers over the phone but also via chat, secure messages, and email. Your mission is to assist customers, mainly individuals, with their questions and requests related to group, health, and medical insurance as well as collectively agreed insurance. Skandia is becoming increasingly digital in how they reach their customers, so there is always something new to learn!

The work is 100% on-site at their office and the working hours are weekdays, office hours. You will undergo an introduction where you alternate theory with practice alongside colleagues in your team. A background check is conducted in this process as Skandia is a certified company in the insurance sector.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has good communication skills in Swedish & English, both spoken and written, as it is required in daily work
• Is at the beginning of your career in customer service or equivalent
• Has experience in administrative tasks
• Strong skills in the Office suite
• Has a completed high school education

It is meritorious if you have:

• Worked in insurance before
• A post-secondary education in a relevant field
