Mission

As a treatment leader at Samskapa, you will be responsible for assessing the issues of enrolled young people and designing care for the individual. Your role includes quality assurance of the youth journey, coordinating, following up, and improving care interventions, as well as supervising and coaching treatment staff in their daily work and planned interventions. As a treatment leader, you will lead Samsyn meetings, establish implementation plans, and may also conduct individual counseling sessions with placed youth. 

Our target group consists of children and young people of varying ages who, in addition to social issues, have difficulties adapting their behavior appropriately. This often involves neuropsychiatric diagnoses. Additionally, outwardly aggressive behavior and/or anxiety issues are common. Therefore, your ability to remain calm and clear-headed in challenging situations is crucial for this position.

The work also involves ensuring that the work with the youth is conducted in accordance with laws and requirements.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education of at least 3 years in social work, such as a social worker or behavioral scientist
  • Step 1 CBT training
  • Experience in treatment work with youth and families
  • Experience in supervising/training/coaching others in conducting treatment work
  • Experience in coordinating, following up, and improving care interventions
  • Basic knowledge of BBiC
  • Basic knowledge of low-arousal approaches
  • Basic understanding of self-care and delegation
  • Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Driver's license B

Meritorious

  • Method training related to the target group
  • Training in TMO
  • Training in Trauma-Focused CBT
  • Experience in individual counseling with youth
  • Conducted therapeutic conversations under supervision
  • Worked in HVB or similar operations
  • Worked in a team
  • Responsible for designing care/treatment plans
  • Knowledge of and experience with the organization's journal system Journal Digital
  • Worked on continuous improvements
  • Worked on designing implementation plans

  • A well-developed competence in responding to the specific target group
  • Ability to apply the approaches and methods used in the organization
  • Ability to synthesize different perspectives and opinions
  • Ability to get staff to collaborate and motivate them to work towards goals
  • Ability to see progress in complex issues
  • Good ability to juggle multiple tasks
